Title: Shrimp Gumbo

1lbOkra
1/4cCanola oil
1/2lgOnion, chopped
2 Chopped green onions
1tbChopped parsley
1/4 Green or red bell pepper chopped
2clGarlic, minced
1/2cChopped celery
1/2tbPaprika
1tbFile powder or file
1tbWorcestershire sauce
1/2tbLow-sodium soy sauce or Kitchen Bouquet
1cn14-16 oz. Hunt's Special Sauce
2lbMedium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2lbCrabmeat
  Salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste

Cook okra 30 to 40 minutes in canola oil over low heat until it is no longer stringy, stirring occasionally. Add onions, parsley, bell pepper, garlic, celery, paprika, and file powder. Cook until onions are soft, about 10 minutes. Add all liquids, cooking until hot and bubbly. Add water to thin sauce to desired consistency.
